Solution Architect

Responsibilities: - Own the technical architecture and evolution of platform capabilities within the Foundations tower. - Design and evolve scalable architectures for Omnichannel servicing platforms, Customer interaction Management, Data and analytics capabilities, Event-driven integrations, Customer View and servicing platforms, Realtime and historical processing - Define and enforce Technical standards, Integration patterns, Security frameworks, Architecture governance principles, Scalability and resiliency standards - Design architectures supporting Multi-country deployments, SaaS multi-tenant environments and Embedded platform capabilities - Supervise and support complex integrations between Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Data platforms, Security platforms, Customer interaction systems, Internal and external enterprise applications - Collaborate with Product Managers and Functional Product Owners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. -

Participate actively in Architecture reviews, Technical governance, Backlog prioritization, Technical risk Management, Release planning and Platform evolution strategy - Support engineering teams during implementation and technical decision-making processes. - Maintain technical architecture documentation updated in Confluence and related repositories.
