With us, you will work at the intersection of agility and security: You will benefit from fast decision-making processes, enjoy genuine creative freedom in your projects, and be able to build upon the stable foundation of the Schwarz Group., * As a ServiceNow Developer you strengthen our international team in the Schwarz Group's Software Engineering department, more specifically in the Retail industry solution: Retail Service Management, Retail Portal, Mobile App for Retail as well as CSM-based Module Field Service Management
- You will perform engineering activities, working closely with product managers and engineers to ensure a clear understanding of project scope and deliverables
- You will implement, develop and be responsible for IT solutions on our internal ServiceNow application suite used worldwide, specifically working in the Retail Service Management Module and Field Service Management Module in close contact with ServiceNow colleagues
- You will create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations and integrations
- You will stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features, ensuring best practices are applied
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow as a Developer in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module
- You already have professional experience in IT projects
- Certification as ServiceNow Certified Customer Service Management (CSM) Implementation Specialist is nice-to-have
- Business Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
- Very good communication skills
- Open to learn and develop your skills on the job
