Job description
We are seeking a CRM and Service Systems Analyst to join our CRM | Business Tools team, based in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the rollout of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) across the Service Division, while also helping to manage and optimise day to day CRM operations. The team consists of four professionals and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available full time on a permanent basis, based from home with occasional travel required.
Grow with us - Your Responsibilities
- On a daily basis you will act as the business administrator for the CRM system, working closely with the leadership team and IT to define, develop and implement solutions that maintain and enhance service and sales processes
- You will perform comprehensive diagnostic analysis of core Salesforce features, including user setup, custom object configuration, quotes, lead and case assignment rules, territory models and validation rules
- Do you enjoy training others? In this role, you will oversee the development and delivery of Salesforce training for new hires, refresher workshops and user meetings
- You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and provide detailed reports and dashboards, delivering key insights into pipeline performance, process compliance and KPI adherence

Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, * You have strong experience working with Salesforce, either as an administrator or business analyst supporting service teams with advanced knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality
- Familiarity with Service1 or similar service management platforms, with knowledge of SAP, JIRA, Salesforce Cloud Suite, SAP CPQ or Highspot considered beneficial
- Strong business experience ideally gained within the life sciences sector, with a background in data or business analysis being advantageous
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, proactive and confident in solving problems with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
- You are a confident and effective communicator, able to articulate ideas clearly and adapt your approach to different audiences, including when presenting or leading initiatives
