Job description

We are seeking a Junior/Graduate Developer to join our innovative team in the UK. Based in Bournemouth, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a pioneering fintech company dedicated to redefining lending through trust and technology.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, You might have just finished school or college. You might be self-taught. You might never have worked as a developer before. None of that matters.

What matters is that you genuinely love technology. You're the sort of person who builds things because you're curious. You've taught yourself to code, experimented with AI, built apps, websites, automations or tools simply because you wanted to see if you could. You probably have a GitHub full of half finished ideas, projects you've tinkered with, or things you've built to solve problems in your own life. We want to see that curiosity. We don't expect years of experience but we do expect evidence that you can't help but build.

You will be working directly with experienced engineers on real products used by thousands of customers. From day one, you'll be given genuine responsibility, not just bug fixing or coffee runs. We'll throw lots of interesting problems your way and give you the freedom to work out how to solve them.

Our technology stack is primarily C# .NET as the back-end, SQL, Angular, React Native, and Blazor. Experience in those technologies isn't essential, though and if built interesting things in other languages, that's absolutely fine. We think great developers learn new tools quickly.

This is an in office role based in Bournemouth. We believe the best learning happens when you're surrounded by experienced people, solving problems together every day. WFH is still an option when it is necessary.

If you're looking for a structured graduate programme with months of training before you're trusted to contribute, this probably isn't for you.

If you're the type of person who spends evenings building things for fun, experimenting with the latest AI tools, and constantly wondering "what could I make next?", we'd love to hear from you.

When you apply, don't just send us your CV. Show us what you've built. GitHub repositories, apps, websites, AI projects, automations, side projects etc as we're far more interested in your curiosity and potential than your employment history.
