UX Designer - £40K-£55K DOE + Bonus + Benefits - Sheffield / Hybrid Join a Product-Led Team Designing Intuitive Digital Experiences Boost Talent are partnering with an innovative tech for good technology company on the lookout for a talented UX Designer to join their growing Product team. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Analysts to understand real customer challenges and design meaningful solutions across both web and desktop applications. Location: Sheffield (3 days per week on site) Salary: £40K-£55K DOE + benefits + bonus The Role As a UX Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping how users interact with digital products - combining creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to translate research into elegant, practical designs. Working within a collaborative environment, you'll drive continuous improvement through user insight, testing, and iteration. What You'll Do Conduct user interviews, research, and usability

Requirements

testing to identify pain points and improvement areas. Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma (or similar). Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to translate designs into live, accessible experiences. Track and analyse user data using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar, or Crazy Egg. Define and maintain UI guidelines and reusable design systems for consistency and scalability. Champion accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring compliance with WCAG standards. Support A/B testing and data-driven design decisions that improve customer engagement and satisfaction. Who You Are Proven experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing web or desktop application projects. Skilled in Figma (or equivalent tools) for design and prototyping. Confident conducting user research and turning insights into actionable design solutions. Strong problem-solver who blends creativity with practical delivery. Experienced collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments. Knowledge of accessibility principles and data-driven design. Excellent communicator, able to articulate ideas clearly and facilitate feedback.
