Data & Analytics Manager - Fully Remote Role Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum My client are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Manager to lead their data and reporting function. You will be responsible for developing analytics capability, managing a small team, and delivering high-quality insights that support business decision-making across the organisation. This is a hands-on leadership role combining data strategy, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop the data analytics function and team. * Design and oversee data pipelines, models, and reporting solutions. * Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI. * Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. * Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices are maintained. * Provide actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. * Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics. * Promote a

Skills & Experience * Proven managerial or leadership experience in data analytics or BI * Strong SQL and Power BI skills. * Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and reporting solutions. * Knowledge of APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. * Experience with Python and modern data technologies is desirable. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Experience within health or social care would be advantageous.
