Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer , Product Designer , or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking and execution. Expertise in Figma , Adobe XD , or similar design/prototyping tools. Strong understanding of user-centred design , information architecture , and interaction design . Ability to translate research insights and business goals into clear design strategies. Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail, typography, and layout. Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles. Familiarity with front-end concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how design decisions impact development. Experience working collaboratively with developers, marketers, and stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing . Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) . Understanding of SEO and how design affects on-page performance. Experience in healthcare , eCommerce , or service-based industries .
