Job description

We are looking for a HR Systems Manager (HRIS) to join our HR community on a 6-month temporary assignment. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our global HR systems and drive improvements that enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience.

Reporting to the HR Services Director, you will lead on the management and optimisation of our HRIS (SuccessFactors), working closely with global stakeholders to deliver impactful system enhancements and support business transformation., * Own and manage the global HRIS system (SuccessFactors), ensuring data integrity, functionality, and accuracy

  • Lead system configuration, reporting, testing, and ongoing improvements
  • Develop and support the HRIS roadmap aligned to business priorities
  • Manage and support the HRIS team
  • Build strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve automation, and drive efficiencies
  • Lead communication of system updates, releases, and new functionality
  • Deliver training to employees and managers on HR systems and processes
  • Provide expert guidance on system configuration and reporting challenges
  • Collaborate with People teams and senior stakeholders to optimise HR operations

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is both technically strong and people-focused, with a passion for improving systems and processes.

You will bring:

  • Strong expertise in HRIS and People Analytics
  • Experience with SuccessFactors (preferred) or similar HR systems
  • Advanced Excel and data management skills
  • Proven project management experience within a global environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • A proactive, inquisitive mindset with a continuous improvement focus
  • Knowledge of HR processes (payroll, recruitment, talent, reward)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Experience delivering training to large groups
