Job description
You'll be responsible for processing a variety of payroll, time and HR administration transactions, supporting employees with payroll queries, and ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed service levels., * Process payroll transactions including overtime, one-off payments, P45s, court orders and statutory payments
- Process time-related changes including sickness, shift changes and overtime
- Respond to payroll queries via telephone and ticketing system
- Produce HR documentation including employment references and correspondence
- Support HR administration and flexible benefits processes
Requirements
- Previous payroll administration experience
- Knowledge of PAYE, SSP, SMP, pensions, student loans and statutory deductions
- Experience using SAP or another payroll system (SAP desirable)
- Strong administration and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
