Job description

You'll be responsible for processing a variety of payroll, time and HR administration transactions, supporting employees with payroll queries, and ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed service levels., * Process payroll transactions including overtime, one-off payments, P45s, court orders and statutory payments

  • Process time-related changes including sickness, shift changes and overtime
  • Respond to payroll queries via telephone and ticketing system
  • Produce HR documentation including employment references and correspondence
  • Support HR administration and flexible benefits processes

Requirements

  • Previous payroll administration experience
  • Knowledge of PAYE, SSP, SMP, pensions, student loans and statutory deductions
  • Experience using SAP or another payroll system (SAP desirable)
  • Strong administration and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
