Job description

DUTIES: Incedo, Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist for our Florham Park, NJ location. Responsibilities include: Leading the design and architectural planning of comprehensive enterprise data ecosystem, including real-time streaming architectures and data fabric platforms. Developing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning, deep learning, and Large Language Model solutions tailored for financial and telecommunications sectors to deliver measurable business impact. Establishing automated data quality observatories and comprehensive data governance frameworks with data validation rules and compliance monitoring. Leading strategic optimization of large-scale Hadoop data warehouse environments, implementing performance enhancements and scalability improvements for growing analytical demands. Architecting and deploying real-time payments monitoring and analytics systems capable of handling multi-billion dollar transaction volumes with sub-second latency. Designing fraud detection mechanisms, transaction pattern analysis, risk assessment models, and advanced root cause analysis systems for mission-critical financial operations. Defining product roadmaps, feature selection, and strategic direction for data analytics solutions. Managing product lifecycle from conception to deployment, coordinating cross-functional teams, conduct market analysis, gather user requirements, and ensure product-market fit while aligning technical capabilities with business objectives and client needs. Designing and developing production-ready applications for critical financial operations, including secure data processing pipelines, automated monitoring systems, and comprehensive audit trails. Ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems while meeting security, performance, and reliability standards. Collaborating with client stakeholders, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Conducting technical presentations, mentoring team members, facilitating knowledge transfer sessions, and maintaining effective communication channels across all organizational levels.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, REQUIREMENTS: Qualified applicants must have Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field of study and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or acceptable alternate occupation. Experience must include: Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Engineering, Deep Learning, MYSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Hadoop, Oracle, Python, Spark, JavaScript, Git, Jira, Bitbucket, Tableau, PowerBI, Jenkins, and OCP. Telecommuting permitted when not at a client site.
