Job Description: This is an entry level position that will provide a broad range of experience for an individual starting out in the IT industry. The position will help ensure stability, integrity, and efficient operation of on-premises and cloud information systems that support core organizational functions including but not limited to data, voice, video, and network services. The right individual will have analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to help identify and resolve Help Desk issues in a timely and accurate manner. We are looking for a strong candidate who takes initiative to continuously improve their skills in an effort to meet our company's needs. This team member will work primarily in the Ann Arbor, MI office with frequent visits to US manufacturing facilities., Primary focus will be installation, maintenance and level one support of users, PCs, and peripherals for US and European operations.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows Remote Desktop?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Help desk support (local and remote)
- MS M365 (Office apps)
- MS Windows 10/11
- MS Windows Remote Desktop Services
- MS Windows Command Prompt
- MS Windows PowerShell scripting and batch file scripting
- Familiarity with MS Entra/Azure
- Familiarity with MS Exchange 365 + MS Exchange Server 2019 - hybrid environment
- Familiarity with MS Windows Server 2016-2025
- Familiarity with SonicWALL VPN/NetExtender or other VPN environment
- Hardware troubleshooting: PCs (HP), servers (Dell and VM), various network and peripheral devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present technical information and document incidents/resolutions in a business and user-friendly manner.
- Time management and organizational skills
- Associate's degree in IT related field or equivalent education/experience
- 1+ years of experience in a technical hardware support environment with strong customer service orientation
- Moderate to extensive travel required
- Languages: English

- Languages: German, Spanish, Italian, French, Polish
- Technical & end user system documentation skills
- Manufacturing experience
- Network+, A+, Security+, MCSE, and/or MCSA Certifications
- MS Active Directory administration (group policy, management, and topology)
- MS Defender for Endpoint
- MS Configuration Manager
- MS Intune
- MS SharePoint 365
- MS SQL Server 2016-2025
- Cisco PoE managed switches and routers
- Cisco Central Controller for WAPs
- Cisco BE6000S phone system
- Visual Basic and .NET programming skills, * technical hardware: 1 year (Required)
