Auditing CyberArk Scripting Operations Leadership Management Automation Governance IdentityIQ IT Security Communication Detail Oriented Problem Solving Active Directory User Provisioning Windows PowerShell Business Valuation Workflow Management Full Stack Development Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Privileged Access Management Identity And Access Management Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) Compliance, We are seeking an Intermediate System Administrator to support and enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) and access governance processes within a highly regulated enterprise environment. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience working within SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow) who are comfortable supporting both identity lifecycle operations and IAM platform configuration.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full identity lifecycle while also supporting SailPoint integrations, workflows, and application onboarding efforts. This role operates across both automated and manual environments, with a strong focus on Active Directory administration and access governance., * Administer the full identity lifecycle, including user provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning

  • Perform manual IAM tasks such as creating and deleting Active Directory accounts and managing groups
  • Support and maintain IAM platforms and integrations
  • Assist with access reviews, audits, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure appropriate access controls
  • Support privileged access management (PAM) processes and controls
  • Troubleshoot identity and access issues across systems and applications

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or a related IT/security role
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ
  • Direct experience with support/deployment/integration of SailPoint Identity Now or similar
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration
  • Experience performing manual provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts
  • Understanding of IAM best practices including least privilege and RBAC
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, * Open to experience with Delinea or Ronus
  • Will consider experience with Saviynt, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust
  • Exposure to privileged access management (PAM) tools
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX or ISO
  • Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell or similar)

Benefits & conditions

  • If the consultant is converted to full-time employment after the contract period, the salary conversion band is between $100k-$120k annually.
  • Two interviews: One with the Director of Information Security and one with the technical team.
  • This position is hybrid with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. Wednesday is the "all-in" day, and the consultant gets to choose the other two days they go in.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warrendale, PA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
