Job description
We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support for end-user computing devices, IT assets, and service operations. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, imaging computers, managing IT inventory, maintaining documentation, and supporting standard IT processes. The ideal candidate will have foundational IT knowledge, strong customer service skills, and the ability to follow established procedures while working in a fast-paced environment., * Perform and monitor routine IT support processes and operational tasks.
- Image, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers.
- Resolve ServiceNow support tickets by following established knowledge base (KB) articles and documented procedures.
- Replace printer toner, pickup rollers, and perform basic printer troubleshooting.
- Update and maintain IT asset records within asset management systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including:
- Process logs
- Contact lists
- Incident reports
- Customer information updates
- Inventory and maintenance records
- Shipping documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order IT supplies as needed.
- Coordinate routine equipment maintenance and asset lifecycle activities.
- Identify operational issues, resolve problems using established procedures, and escalate issues outside defined processes.
- Support adherence to organizational computer security policies and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with internal customers, suppliers, and IT team members., * Are you ready for background check and drug screen in accordance with the local law and regulations?

Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and desktop support.
- Understanding of basic computer security concepts and organizational security policies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and standard internet/intranet tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work independently., * One or more years of IT support experience.
- Experience with desktop imaging, hardware deployment, asset management, or ServiceNow.
- Recent IT graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to carry boxes containing laptops and IT equipment.
- Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs.
- Ability to walk distances exceeding 100 yards.
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods.
- Metatarsal safety footwear is required on Day One., * Do you have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent IT support experience?
- Do you have experience with desktop/laptop imaging, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, or ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems)?
- Are you comfortable with the physical requirements of this position, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, and wearing metatarsal safety footwear?
