Join our dynamic team as an IT Manager and lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of our organization's information technology infrastructure. As an energetic leader, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and champion best practices in IT service management to support organizational growth and resilience.
General Purpose:
The IT Manager serves as a lead systems engineer to support the property's network, network security, connectivity technologies, and telephone systems.
Essential Duties:
Designs and deploy data networks (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN, etc) for the property and property community
Maintains understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, RAS and network routing protocols
Manages the connectivity technologies (Ethernet, Frame-Relay, VPN, WiFi, etc.) Coordinates data circuit connects and disconnects with service providers
Manages multiple firewalls and proxy servers
Manages Voice Over IP telephone systems
Manages hardware and software for management team and retail POS stations
Manages and maintains all IT assets, software updates, and hardware replacements, to include tracking hardware and software for change in personnel
Suggests new and innovative software for the company streamlining and customer facing applications
Provides in-house tech support
Educates new team members on technologies
Performs all other duties as assigned and required
Works in partnership with our third-party IT support provider
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, 4 year computer science degree preferred; 2 year associate degree minimum
3 - 5 years minimum experience in IT management for service-related business
Experience with handling confidential information

Knowledge and understanding of complex networking of multiple locations for a company with multiple businesses
Ability to interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches.
Ability to continually assess and adapt the IT needs to each business within the company

Ability to effectively communicate and possess empathy towards various situations
Excellent multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with no supervisor
