IT Technician

• Provide technical support to Internal Team
• Manage and troubleshoot computer hardware components such as desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals to ensure reliable operation.
• Maintain and support NetSuite platform for store and update monthly pricing components.
• Assist with software troubleshooting for applications including Microsoft Office suite and other enterprise tools; escalate complex issues using ServiceNow or Jira platforms.
• Monitor and maintain network security measures such as firewalls and VPNs to protect organizational data assets.
• Collaborate with team members on IT projects related to upgrades, hardware replacements, or infrastructure improvements while maintaining excellent communication with users.

• Solid knowledge of computer management including hardware setup, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with NetSuite.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to computer hardware components and operating systems efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
