Own L1-L3 AMS delivery across SAP Supply Chain modules (PP, MM, MRP) including incident, service request, and enhancement management Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs (resolution time, backlog, aging, FCR, MTTR). Govern ticket lifecycle management, ensuring timely closure and high-quality documentation. Drive run stability first, then enable transformation (RUN GROW model) aligned with client expectations.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Manufacturing company experience?, PP (Production Planning, Shop Floor, MRP runs) MM (Procurement, Inventory, Vendor Management) MRP (Planning strategies, scheduling, demand-supply balancing) Integration expertise with SD, FICO, WM/EWM, MES systems Experience / Deep knowledge in enabling SAP Embedded AI capabilities, with awareness of SAP Joule and AI-driven innovations for enhancing user productivity and decision-making.
