Requirements

Overview: The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a strong mix of technical depth, communication skills, and business acumen, with the ability to understand business concepts and translate them into valuable technical solutions. They embrace AI as a tool to work faster, build better, and push the boundaries of what a small team can deliver. This role will provide significant exposure to the organization and senior leadership as well as to a broad range of business domains and company initiatives., * Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or closely related role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt is required. Familiarity with orchestration tools like Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or Airflow is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling; proficiency in Python for data pipeline development and automation.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools such as coding assistants and LLMs to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, and build more effective solutions.
  • Experience designing and building data pipelines, transformation workflows, and dimensional models using modern data stack tools.
  • Understanding of Lakehouse architecture, data warehousing concepts, and dimensional modeling patterns.
  • Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD deployment workflows.
  • Working knowledge of data governance fundamentals, including data quality, metadata, and lineage.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with BI tools, particularly Power BI, including an understanding of how data models serve downstream reporting.
  • Familiarity with generative AI concepts, LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), or emerging AI frameworks and tooling.

Benefits & conditions

Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000/ Year(The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors), * Medical/Dental/Vision
