Senior AI Engineer (Backend / Full Stack)

• Develop and enhance AI-powered enterprise applications.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and conversational workflows.
• Design and develop chat, voice, and workflow-driven user interfaces using React or Angular.
• Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, STT/TTS, and enterprise systems.
• Implement prompt engineering, tool/function calling, response streaming, and AI orchestration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through implementation, testing, and production deployment.
• Ensure security, scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.

We are hiring experienced Senior AI Engineers for an enterprise AI Assistant platform in the Banking/Financial Services (BFSI) domain. We have openings for both Backend AI Engineers and Full Stack/Frontend AI Engineers with hands-on experience in Generative AI, Conversational AI, and enterprise application development., * 5+ years of software development experience.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building AI-powered applications.
• Strong experience with Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET.
• Frontend experience with React or Angular (for Full Stack/Frontend candidates).
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, authentication, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with chatbot, copilot, virtual assistant, or conversational AI solutions.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI orchestration, token optimization, and hallucination mitigation.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), Payments, or other regulated industries is preferred.
