Job description

We are seeking a Software Engineer to help design, build, and scale the next generation of our FFR platform. This is a hybrid/remote position based in Claremont, CA.

You'll work alongside a collaborative product and engineering team to:

  • Architect and develop new systems that expand FFR into new industries
  • Build scalable, secure backend services and integrations
  • Maintain and improve existing systems to ensure performance and reliability
  • Collaborate across product, operations, and client-facing teams
  • Contribute to technical decisions that shape our long-term architecture

This is not a "clock-in, clock-out" role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and thrives in an environment where expectations are high and impact is real.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Version control systems?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 1+ year of professional (non-internship) software development experience

  • Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures
  • Experience with object-oriented programming principles
  • Proficiency working with relational databases
  • Familiarity with version control systems and modern development workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
