Design and build production-ready AI systems powered by LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and multi-agent architectures.
Develop scalable backend services that power intelligent, real-time AI experiences.
Collaborate with product and research teams to take cutting-edge AI concepts from research into production.
Evaluate, optimise and improve AI performance through experimentation, benchmarking and model fine-tuning.
Drive best practices across AI quality, safety, scalability and cost optimisation.

5+ years' experience building production machine learning or AI products.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic AI systems, RAG or related AI technologies.
Strong backend engineering skills with Python (Go or JavaScript also considered).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment with a strong product mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or a related field (Master's or PhD is a plus).
