Job description

As an Atlassian Developer, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, developing, and administering the Atlassian toolset, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo. You will work closely with development, DevOps, and business teams to automate workflows, integrate enterprise applications, and improve software delivery processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Configure and administer Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
  • Design and implement Jira workflows, screens, issue types, and permission schemes.
  • Develop automation using Jira Automation and ScriptRunner.
  • Create and maintain custom fields, dashboards, and reports.
  • Develop integrations using Jira and Confluence REST APIs.
  • Build Groovy and Python scripts for automation.
  • Support CI/CD integrations with Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
  • Perform Jira and Confluence upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with Agile teams to support Scrum and Kanban projects.
  • Resolve production issues and optimize Atlassian platform performance.
  • Create technical documentation and user guides.
