Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer with 13+ years of experience in Oracle Database development, SQL optimization, and enterprise application support. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Oracle database solutions while working in Agile environments., * Design, develop, and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views.

  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for high-performance applications.
  • Perform database performance tuning and query optimization.
  • Design and maintain Oracle database schemas and data models.
  • Develop ETL processes and data migration solutions.
  • Integrate Oracle databases with enterprise applications using REST/SOA services.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams.
  • Support database deployments and release management activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 13+ years of Oracle PL/SQL development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Database 12c/19c/21c.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming.
  • Experience with performance tuning, indexing, partitioning, and query optimization.
  • Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or ETL tools.
  • Knowledge of Oracle APEX is a plus.
  • Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, or Financial domain experience.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
