Job description
Information Security Corporation is seeking an experienced C++ software developer interested in contributing to the construction of state of the art security-enabled applications. The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in C++ development and in-depth knowledge of at least one Linux environment. He or she will join our R&D team in Oak Park, IL and report to our director of product development., * develop software applications in C++
- participate in requirements gathering, the design process, and product reviews
- work interactively with the QA team to ensure we ship highly reliable products
Requirements
Do you have experience in Linux?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * a BA/BS/MS in CS, Math, or equivalent, with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- at least two years of C++ development experience
- at least two years of experience developing software on Linux systems
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- above average oral and written communications abilities
- U.S. citizenship (with clear background check) is absolutely essential!
Experience with C++ development and a working knowledge of the Linux operating system are musts; knowledge of any of these other technologies is a plus:
- Experience with the Qt framework, IDE and tools on any platform
- knowledge of Linux (and/or Windows) file system internals
- Java experience, including jQuery, JSON, JSTL, JNDI, RMI, JNI', * C++: 2 years (Required)
- Linux: 2 years (Required)
Security clearance:
- Top Secret (Preferred)
