Job description

We are currently seeking a Account Services Specialist - ITSM, ITIL to join our team in Addison, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

**This role is a hybrid role on-site at our client site 4 days/week with one day being remote. Only local candidates will be considered.

Oversees, facilitates, and administers ITIL based service support and/or technical account management in the coordination of incident ownership and client account management on a 24x7 basis.

Responsibilities include the management and oversight of service delivery processes, which may include incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management and configuration management as well as resource coordination, client management, dispute and technical resolution management, and communications at various levels during services engagements from tactical to strategic.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Playing a key role in continuous improvement activities in support of client
  • Compile, analyze and report statistical data and trends relating to service level compliance and operational effectiveness
  • Assists program or process development and implementation

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in an Account Service role

Additional Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and principals; ITIL4 certification preferred
  • Holistic understanding of service management practices
  • ServiceNow Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to physically perform general office requirements
  • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations

Benefits & conditions

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $74,720 - $112,080. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
