Synergy Employment Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of our client for an HRIS Analyst.
This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will become an employee of our client directly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of HR technology, reporting, analytics, process improvement, and systems administration. The position will play an important role in supporting HR operations, payroll processes, workflow optimization, reporting, and system performance across a multi-site manufacturing environment., * Administer and support HRIS platforms including Paycom and related systems
- Generate and analyze HR, payroll, compensation, and operational reports
- Build, maintain, and improve workflows and system processes
- Support HR data integrity, auditing, and validation efforts
- Assist with HRIS troubleshooting and end-user support
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Accounting, and IT teams
- Support system upgrades, testing, reporting enhancements, and process improvements
- Assist with integrations involving payroll, benefits, learning, and related systems
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and compensation information, * Direct hire opportunity

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Requirements
Do you have experience in System administration?, * Experience administering an HRIS platform required
- Paycom experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Workday, UKG, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, Paylocity, or similar HRIS platforms will also be considered
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis
- Experience generating HR or payroll reports directly from an HRIS system
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Manufacturing or multi-site operational experience preferred
- Experience supporting hourly employee populations preferred, * Do you have hands-on experience administering an HRIS Platform?
- Do you have advanced Microsoft Excel experience including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP?
