Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, * Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in developing, testing, and integrating real-time software applications written in C, C++ or closely related software languages.
- Development experience on Linux-based systems.
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance., * Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases.
- Experience with product development utilizing the Scrum techniques of the Agile software development process.
- Hands-on experience with Git for version control and Gitlab/Jira for repository and issue management.
- Experience with optimized CUDA programming for Nvidia accelerators.
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, and other analysis tools.
- Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government issued security clearance.
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
