Job description
- Architect, design, and deliver high-quality, performant, and accessible user interfaces using ReactJS and modern front-end technologies.
- Lead the development and maintenance of Micro-Frontend architectures using Module Federation and Single-SPA.
- Define and maintain the technical architecture for AEM-based applications, leveraging SPA and Content as a Service (CaaS) patterns.
- Develop and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, including component development and content modeling.
- Build reusable component libraries and frameworks to improve developer productivity.
- Develop scalable Node.js services and APIs to support full-stack application needs.
- Partner with back-end engineers, designers, product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and uphold coding standards.
- Champion Test-Driven Development (TDD), clean code principles, and pair programming practices.
- Serve as a technical mentor to junior and mid-level engineers.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Experience: A total of 6-10 years in IT, with 4+ years in a specialized area, is required.
Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in Front End Software Engineering with a focus on applying engineering practices like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and clean code principles.
- Proficiency in building full-stack front-end applications with React and Node.js, including a deep understanding of state management and asynchronous API design.
- Experience with serverless containerization, including packaging applications into Docker containers and deploying them to a managed cloud environment like GCP Cloud Run.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) backend development, such as OSGi bundles and Sling Models.
- Mastery of semantic HTML5 and adherence to Web Accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Ability to design decoupled, resilient systems, including Micro-Frontend architectures.
- Proficiency with build tools like Webpack, Babel, Vite, and NPM/Yarn.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Expertise in authentication and authorization mechanisms including JWT, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Master's Degree is preferred.
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities, such as LLMs, into applications is considered beneficial.
Additional Information
This position requires 4 days onsite from Monday to Thursday. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
