Requirements

  • Backend Development.
  • Strong PHP development experience.
  • Strong experience with Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce architecture and development.
  • Experience building and supporting custom Magento modules, APIs, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software development best practices.
  • Experience working with MySQL and database design concepts.
  • Experience consuming and developing REST APIs.
  • Experience using Git-based source control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.).

  • Experience troubleshooting application issues across multiple environments.
  • Understanding of application security, scalability, and reliability principles.
  • Experience working within Agile development teams (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, etc.) to improve productivity, code quality, and problem-solving., * Experience working in B2B eCommerce environments Experience with Node.js development.
  • Experience with AWS services and cloud-hosted applications. Ability and willingness to contribute to frontend development when needed.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Vue.js, Knockout.js, HTML, and CSS. Experience with Docker and local development environments.
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving application performance issues, including API latency, database bottlenecks, caching strategies, and Magento performance optimization.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar platforms.
