Job description

Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Experience Cloud, and related enterprise platforms. This individual will manage cross-functional technology projects involving business applications, CRM modernization, system integrations, Agile delivery, and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can independently drive projects from initiation through production, manage multiple stakeholders, establish governance, and ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Experience working in regulated banking or financial services environments is strongly preferred., · 8+ years of Technical Project Management experience.

· 4+ years managing Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects.

· Experience delivering enterprise CRM projects involving Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.

· Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

· Experience leading Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

· Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

· Demonstrated experience managing multiple cross-functional technology initiatives simultaneously.

· Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.

· Strong understanding of enterprise application integrations, APIs, middleware, and release management.

· Proven ability to independently manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

· Banking or Financial Services industry experience.

· Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

· Experience managing CRM modernization or digital transformation programs.

· Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, or Consultant) are preferred.

· PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe certifications are preferred.

· Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments.
