Job description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise applications built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and enterprise system integrations.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives while working in a collaborative Agile environment., * Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.

  • Configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, dashboards, workflows, business process flows, security roles, and business rules.
  • Develop custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Build and maintain Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Design and automate business processes using Power Automate.
  • Develop dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.
  • Create custom plugins, workflow extensions, APIs, and web resources.
  • Configure Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, security models, and validation rules.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Microsoft Graph, and web services.
  • Participate in solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, and application planning.
  • Support data migration, system integration, and application deployments.
  • Manage environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and provide ongoing support.
  • Produce technical documentation and collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong experience configuring Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and extensions.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs and web services.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certification.
  • Microsoft Azure Certification.
  • Experience with grants management, licensing, permitting, financial systems, or case management applications.
  • Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
  • Public sector or government project experience.
  • Experience working in Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
