What you'll do as an AI & Data Strategy Manager
- Lead the development and execution of an applied AI roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Evaluate, configure, and implement AI-powered applications, workflows, and automation solutions
- Develop MVPs and prototypes using AI tools, LLMs, APIs, and modern technologies
- Establish AI governance frameworks, policies, and responsible AI practices
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
- Drive adoption of AI capabilities through training, documentation, and change management efforts
- Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and technical requirements
- Manage priorities, technology backlogs, and AI-related initiatives
- Collaborate on system architecture, integrations, and future-state technology planning
- Support data governance, data quality initiatives, and data accessibility efforts
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to identify innovation opportunities and improve business processes
- Evaluate technology investments and manage budgets related to AI tools and platforms
Requirements
Do you have experience in Teamwork?, * 5-8+ years of experience in AI enablement, business systems strategy, automation, product management, technology solutions, or related fields
- Experience implementing and optimizing AI-enabled tools and technologies
- Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI productivity platforms
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions
- Experience supporting technology adoption through training and change management initiatives
- Experience with workflow automation tools, APIs, integrations, and low-code/no-code platforms preferred
- Technical proficiency with scripting, integrations, or automation technologies preferred
- Experience within professional services, associations, education, or membership-based organizations is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

- Hybrid work arrangement
- Approximately 10-15% travel, primarily within North Carolina
