Job description
- Lead enterprise marketing data governance programs from strategy through delivery.
- Define governance policies, standards, metadata, and data quality processes.
- Partner across Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Engineering to align governance priorities.
- Establish governance forums and guide cross-functional decision making.
- Design governance workflows that support AI-enabled metadata management and policy automation.
- Monitor program health, governance adoption, and data quality metrics.
- Improve marketing measurement by reducing data fragmentation and increasing trust.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Program management?, * Experience leading complex technical programs across multiple business and technology teams.
- Experience developing or implementing data governance, data quality, or data management programs.
- Experience translating technical concepts for business and executive audiences.
- Experience influencing cross-functional partners without direct authority.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Core Skills and Experience
- Technical program management within data or analytics environments.
- Data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data quality practices.
- Marketing data, measurement frameworks, ETL pipelines, and modern data platforms.
- Relational and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Governance and work management tools such as Alation, Collibra, Jira, GitLab, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled governance, prompt design, metadata automation, or policy-as-code concepts.
