Hands on experience in enterprise scale environments (1000+ servers preferred)
Exposure to cloud + hybrid infrastructure setups
Strong hands on with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL/CentOS) administration across large scale environments
Deep expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, IAM controls (RBAC / sudo access models)
Experience in server provisioning, configuration management, and OS lifecycle (build â patch â upgrade â decommission)
Proven capability in OS patching, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening (CIS / enterprise baselines)
Hands on with VMware / Hyperâ€`V virtualization and managing VMs in enterprise setups
Working experience with AWS / Azure VM operations (compute, storage, basic networking, scaling)
Strong scripting skills using PowerShell (Windows) and Shell scripting (Linux) for automation
Exposure to monitoring tools (OS level metrics, alert triage, health checks) and performance tuning
Experience in backup/restore support, DR drills, and system recovery at OS layer
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent) and runbook driven operations
