In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders Perform specialized research on third-party products, providing in-depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure. Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability
Requirements
Proficiency in evaluating IT solutions and aligning them with business enhancement goals A focus on innovation and adaptability for integrating new technologies Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements. Skilled in research, innovation adoption, and designing scalable architectures, aligned with industry standards and best practices, Experience in area of mortgages with strong understanding of Securitization process, Mortgage Securitization/Investor Reporting/GSE's, Residential Mortgage Origination and Servicing, Experience in Product Management. Function as a Product Owner and Business Analyst, bridging business, technology, and regulatory stakeholders to deliver large-scale financial services platforms, including mission-critical mortgage underwriting systems. Lead end-to-end requirements discovery, analysis, and backlog management, translating complex business, policy, and data standards into well-defined epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
