Tasks

Collaborate in projects to enhance Trust Services effectively., The Identity and Access Management (IAM) department of Zürcher Kantonalbank ensures the secure handling of identities and authorisations. This includes, among other things, the implementation of the need-to-know principle, the recertification of roles and permissions, as well as the management of IAM tools such as Entra ID. Additionally, the department manages the identities of contractual partners and takes on tasks in the area of digital trust management. Develop advanced policies and concepts in the field of digital trust management and effectively monitor their implementation

Create professional concepts and solutions in the area of trust services (e.g. HSM, PKI, credentials, secrets), as well as independently accompany internal and external audits

Actively participate and provide professional leadership in projects to further develop trust services

Support and advise on the integration of systems into corresponding trust services

Coordinate policies and initiatives with relevant stakeholders, including system owners and DevOps engineers of the trust services
Requirements
- Higher education in IT or equivalent experience required.
- Strong understanding of Trust Infrastructure and Cryptography needed.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English essential., * Completed higher education in computer science (FH, ETH, university) or an equivalent further qualification
- Several years of professional experience and solid knowledge in the area of trust services, especially in key and certificate management or secret and credential management, ideally in a regulated environment
- Comprehensive understanding of trust infrastructures and cryptography as well as practical experience in developing and implementing corresponding security concepts
- Structured working style, analytical thinking skills, and strong communication abilities
- Very good language skills in German and English (at least C1)
