Enterprise Storage Systems Administrator

As a Storage Administrator, you will work across multiple client industries, applying your expertise to recommend modernization options, identify opportunities, and build relationships., * Day-to-day storage administration and engineering new solutions as needed.

• Configure, troubleshoot, patch, and upgrade storage network components; tune performance and produce reports.
• Perform security procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal policies.
• Provide technical guidance to customers.
• Create and update technical documentation.
• Operate within a team with minimal supervision.

Shift: afternoon Monday-Friday; on-call duties Monday-Sunday.

• Expert knowledge of storage technology, deployment, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance in an enterprise environment.
• 3+ years hands-on experience administering storage infrastructure and SAN networks (Brocade) at an enterprise level.
• Proficient with IBM storage devices and SAN Brocade.
• Proficient with NetApp devices and related tools (Storage Insight, etc.).
• Experience participating in incident, problem, and change control processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to create technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with security best practices as they relate to information systems.
