Job description
We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to design, develop and support IIS-hosted sites and applications, balancing hands-on design and deployment with adherence to quality, security, and compliance standards., * Works at all layers of the application stack including front-end user interface and backend development.
- Supports and may lead projects within own organization with limited complexity, including the development of small to medium size system components.
- Has broad understanding of quality standards and web development technologies.
- Review of functional specifications and other validation deliverables as assigned., * Develop and maintain IIS-hosted web applications using ASP.NET and C#.
- Design and implement T-SQL stored procedures and data access layers.
- Build and troubleshoot API integrations supporting data exchange workflows.
- Modify and enhance UI components and transactional data flows.
- Source Code Management: Participate in maintenance of code repositories and manage application version control using Git tools, including enterprise GitLab platform for Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
- Agile Development: Collaborate in application pipeline management using JIRA and in analyzing system issues/ incidents (classify/prioritize modification requests, defects).
- Specifications Drafting: Draft technical and functional specifications based on user-interface, security, and performance requirements defined by internal business customers.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to unit, integration, and regression testing. Support validation and documentation aligned with regulated clinical system requirements.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and enterprise security standards, including authentication (MFA), data protection, and compliance with regulated clinical system requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in full-stack web development with ownership of application components or services.
Technical Skills
- Backend: C#, ASP.NET, T-SQL (SQL Server)
- Frontend: HTML, JavaScript (modern frameworks experience a plus)
- Web Hosting: IIS administration and SSL/TLS certificate management
- Integration: REST APIs, JSON, request/response patterns
- DevOps: Git (GitLab CI/CD preferred)
- Platforms: Microsoft M365 (Power Platform, SharePoint)
- Tools: JIRA, ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms
