Job description
Step into a pivotal role where you will spearhead the marketing and implementation of cutting-edge digital tools and processes across our client base. As our Digital Solutions Lead, your mission is to align these technologies with our business strategy, proactively anticipating client needs and enhancing our service delivery., * Collaborate with the Marketing Director to craft and execute a robust digital transformation strategy, aiming to meet high standards of quality and profitability while connecting with consumers on a digital platform.
- Lead the planning and execution of key digital projects, ensuring they enhance client engagement and incorporate effective monetization strategies. Oversee performance against established KPIs.
- Equip our sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize and implement digital tools, maximizing their value to clients.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring competitor tools and emerging trends in digital solutions, ensuring our approach remains innovative and customer centric.
Requirements
- Higher Degree, preferably with a master's in digital transformation, New Technologies, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Possess proven experience in monetizing digital solutions.
- Proven experience in managing complex digital projects.
- Expertise in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and WebTrends.
- Proficient in project planning methodologies, both agile and traditional.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Native Spanish and fluent English proficiency.
