Software Engineer

• Design, develop and test code to meet functional, quality and performance requirements.
• Deliver working software to production using best development practices.
• Document technical parameters and support production by analyzing and fixing bugs.
• Collaborate with the Squad, keeping in mind the full technical stack.

• Strong coding skills in Java (8/11/17/21) and Spring (Boot, MVC, Core, Security, DI).
• Experience with design patterns, SOLID, Clean Code, and software craftsmanship.
• Unit, integration and smoke testing knowledge; JUnit, Mockito, contract testing.
• Backend and DevOps awareness, understanding of architecture and infrastructure.
• Experience with Docker, OpenShift or Kubernetes; Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Agile experience with SCRUM, Kanban or XP.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of MSA patterns (Circuit Breaker, API Gateway, Service Discovery).
• Proficiency with database migration tools (Flyway, Liquibase).
• DevOps skills including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Ansible.
• Experience with automated testing (Selenium, Cucumber).
• Experience with Akka, Scala, or similar.
• Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB) expertise.
