Technical Lead - Android

• Working closely with Engineers and Architects to build user-focused solutions for millions of people to rely on

• Drive alignment of strategic and units goals, product and technical roadmaps, and delivery timelines

• Experience in building complex mobile projects

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and influence at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and deliver high-quality software solutions on time and on budget
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering (Kotlin; Compose), with at least 2 years of experience in management and leadership roles

• Experiences with both Android and iOS ecosystem
• Experience with Rust
• High-level understanding of cryptography concepts such as key exchange and the difference between symmetric and asymmetric encryption
• Experience with DDD (Domain-Driven Design) and other enterprise patterns
