Principal, Installed Base Data Architect

Experteer Overview As Data Architect for Installed Base, you shape the data architecture and governance for Schneider's central asset data platform. You will align data models, MDM domains, and integration patterns with enterprise strategy, enabling trusted data across operations and analytics. You'll collaborate across Business, Architecture, and Delivery to ensure scalability, interoperability, and data quality. This role sits at the heart of a global digital capability driving ib/SSOT-informed services growth and transformation. Compensaciones / Beneficios Own and evolve the Installed Base data architecture strategy aligned with enterprise principles Define conceptual, logical, and physical data models for Installed Base and MDM domains Define data lifecycle: creation, enrichment, synchronization, consumption Drive standardization and scalability of data structures across platforms Define and enforce data governance frameworks (ownership, stewardship, quality, lifecycle) Ensure IB data is a trusted SSOT across consuming systems Define and validate integration patterns, data flows, and lineage across systems Provide architectural guidance during delivery and review designs for compliance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions Produce architecture artifacts (diagrams, domain models, ADRs) and maintain in shared repos Responsabilidades 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MDM, or similar roles Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or equivalent Strong hands-on experience with MDM platforms and data-centric architectures Experience designing and governing complex data models Experience in Agile delivery models Understanding of Installed Base, asset data, or service-oriented business models (preferred) Requisitos principales flexible schedule hybrid work plan Sabbatical Pack (up to 2 months unpaid leave) Floating Holidays Integral Family Leave Policy Wellbeing platform Wellwo
