Partner with product, architecture, security, and operations leaders to align technology with business strategy, and define and evolve DevOps practices, tooling, and governance across the organization. Drive the design and implementation of scalable CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and "security by design," ensuring a consistent, enterprise-wide DevOps framework with metrics-driven improvement. Establish and govern QA strategies, including test automation, performance testing, and quality gates, embedding testing practices into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous validation and release quality. Own the full incident lifecycle, including detection, response, communications, root cause analysis, and preventive actions, while ensuring robust monitoring, alerting, observability, and operational playbooks. Requirements

Collaborate with development teams to improve release predictability, quality, and risk management, while championing a culture of quality and reliability across engineering teams. What you bring - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in technical engineering roles, including 2+ years leading DevOps, QA. Experience in regulated environments (insurance, banking) is a strong plus. - Strong background in software engineering, architecture. - Deep knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD toolchains, automation frameworks, and agile delivery models. - Proven experience with QA methodologies, automated testing, quality metrics, and performance optimization. - Solid expertise in incident management, including response coordination and root-cause analysis. -
