IT Product Owner

What you bring - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus). - 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Functional Architect, Business Analyst, or in a similar IT-focused role. - Experience in insurance, fleet management, automotive, or commercial lines environments-especially in underwriting or risk assessment processes. - Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe. - Exposure to AI-related use cases in insurance, including predictive analytics, risk modeling, automated underwriting, or intelligent document processing. - A good understanding of IT architectures, including backend and frontend components, APIs, data flows, and, system

integrations, Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across countries and cultures. - Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or German are a plus. - Hands-on experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
