Requirements

Digital ERP Program Lead Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) 15+ years of proven experience in ERP implementation and program management, ideally in consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries Extensive knowledge of SAP S4, SAP ECC, and their implementation methodologies Strong track record in leading large-scale, multi-year digital transformation programs Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile practices Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation Demonstrated ability to evaluate, negotiate, and manage contracts and Statements of Work with technology vendors and partners Comprehensive understanding of business processes across various functions (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) Experience working in global, matrix organizations Fluent spoken and written English Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Results-driven, adaptable, and open to change Responsibilities Act as the central link between business units, digital teams, and external partners, overseeing the delivery of the SAP S4 implementation Lead and mentor a high-performing team of ERP experts (internal & external) to deliver the program successfully Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption to business operations Establish and maintain strategic vendor relationships and governance structures Lead discussions on technical feasibility, prototype development, and design of scalable ERP solutions Manage the program budget and contribute to annual digital investment planning Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the ERP implementation Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and communicate program progress Work closely with business units to identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization Ensure ERP solutions comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of data integrity Benefits Grow rapidly with a tailored career path and salary evaluation. 70% of senior leaders started at entry level Enhance your skills through our Tech Academy catalog, Udemy E-learning Platform, languages sessions, webinars, and workshops Take charge of your training with an annual personal budget and company-paid certifications Enjoy flexible policies, remote work options, and social benefits such as transit and restaurant tickets, kindergarten support, and private health insurance Benefit from our WeCare program, supporting employees in critical situations Unleash your full potential, both professionally and personally
