Qualifications At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing full-lifecycle SAP implementations (ECC and/or S/4HANA). Full professional proficiency in English is a must; Spanish speaker is a strong plus. Deep knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PS, PP) and integration touch-points. Proven track record in project planning, budget control, scope and change-request management. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at C-level and user-community levels. Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies. SAP project certifications (SAP, PMP, Prince2) or equivalent credential preferred. Strong leadership and team-building aptitude; able to motivate mixed on-site/remote consultants. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP project life-cycle: project initiation, detailed planning, execution, testing, cut-over and go-live support. Organise and run project kick-off workshops, steering-committee meetings and weekly status calls. Track and control project scope, schedule, budget, risks and issues; implement mitigation actions and change-management processes. Coordinate functional and technical teams (in-house consultants, offshore partners, third-party integrators) to deliver against milestones. Serve as primary client liaison: capture requirements, manage expectations, report progress and secure timely decisions.
