Ensure all functional and non-functional requirements are met; manage and document exceptions with stakeholder agreement. Develop integration plans and estimate solution costs, supporting the creation of comprehensive budget proposals. Guide teams to deliver adaptable, scalable and pragmatic end-to-end solutions. Create reusable solution blueprints and go-to-market frameworks to support presales, delivery, and operational excellence. Ensure solution designs comply with industry standards, internal architectural principles, and best practices. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to continuously evolve SITA's architectural approaches. Qualifications Minimum of 8-10 years of IT experience designing, deploying, and managing complex, large-scale enterprise solutions in system-critical environments. At least 5 years of experience in IT outsourcing and/or transformation programs. Degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent work experience demonstrating proficiency at this level. Expertise across multiple IT domains, including Cloud (Azure, AWS), Network, Applications, Databricks, Data Sharing and Integration, APIs, Collaboration Platforms, or similar, with good knowledge of Scrum and Agile. Proven ability to partner with Sales teams in responding to RFPs and support consultative selling efforts. Proven multi-vendor and multi-technology domain expertise, supported by relevant certifications. Commercial acumen with the ability to propose pragmatic, business-focused solutions using consultative selling techniques. Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients, third parties, and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements and execution fulfills client expectations. Confident presentation skills with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences, including senior stakeholders, and clearly articulate value propositions connected to real business challenges. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, combined with solid problem-solving and analytical abilities. Experience leading as a practice lead, with the ability to mentor, coach, and instruct across the organization. Fluency in English. What we offer We are all about diversity.
