Job description

  • Maintain and support scalable cloud environments.
  • Design, build, and maintain cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
  • Recommend hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure improvements.
  • Automate and provision infrastructure using AWS CLI and Terraform.
  • Monitor and resolve ServiceNow support tickets, ensuring timely end-user support.
  • Provide application, software, and business process support.
  • Improve operational efficiency through automation and process digitization.
  • Minimize system downtime and prevent data leakage.
  • Support IT Infrastructure team operations and incident escalations.
  • Troubleshoot and support desktops, Windows 10/11 laptops, scanners, local/network printers, Google Print, Chrome boxes, and other field systems.
  • Administer and support enterprise lobby management software and other business applications as needed.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years providing IT support and management experience.
  • Professional certification (e.g., A+, Network+, Cloud+, or equivalent).
  • Experience using ServiceNow.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results- and goal-oriented with the persistence and patience to work effectively with a variety of internal and external constituencies.
  • Ability to detect emerging trends and make recommendations for change.
  • Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting:
  • Desktop computer hardware
  • Operating systems
  • Application software
  • Multi-computer environments
  • Current knowledge of technologies, including:
  • Computer systems
  • Mobile devices
  • Technology products
  • Experience resolving TCP/IP network issues.
  • Experience with, or the ability to learn, maintenance and support of:
  • Video conferencing systems
  • Audio/Visual (A/V) equipment
  • Dash cam software and equipment
  • Proven problem-solving skills., * Bachelor's degree in computer & information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field + 3 years of related experience; OR
  • Associate's/Vocational/Technical degree in a related field + 5 years of related experience; OR
  • 1 year of experience as an IT Support Specialist 2 or equivalent.
