Mac OS Operations CompTIA A+ User Accounts Desktop Support Customer Service CompTIA Network+ Slack (Software) Google Workspace Self-Sufficiency Help Desk Support Business Valuation Service Management Full Stack Development Azure Active Directory Artificial Intelligence Network Troubleshooting Business Transformation Troubleshooting (Problem Solving) Microsoft Intune (Mobile Device Management Software), Our customer is seeking a part-time, onsite Tier 1 IT Support Specialist in Boulder, CO to work 20 hours / week to serve as the primary point of contact for local IT support as the company transitions responsibilities from its closing West Coast operations.
Customer will be open to working any 20 hours during a 8-5pm, Mon-Fri shift.
This individual will support ~30 onsite employees and contribute to a broader U.S. employee base (~200 users) by handling hardware, software, and user access issues.
Key responsibilities include:

Acting as first-line IT support for tickets, walk-ups, and remote employees

Troubleshooting common hardware, software, and access issues

Supporting MacOS (primary), Windows, and Chromebook environments

Managing user accounts (Entra ID, Google Workspace)

Performing onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning

Troubleshooting printers, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity

Managing endpoints using Microsoft Intune
