As a Java Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain custom application solutions supporting contact center operations and business workflows. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable architectures, and deliver high-quality web and voice-enabled applications. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3 5 years of hands-on experience in software development and web-based applications
• Strong experience with Java, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, and related technologies
• Knowledge of voice or contact center technologies and platforms
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VoIP, LAN/WAN architectures
• Experience working with XML-based technologies such as SCXML or VXML
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and analyze system performance
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Ability to write clear technical and implementation documentation
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with SQL, VB.NET, and HTML/CSS (preferred)
• Familiarity with telecommunications and IP telephony systems (preferred)

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
