Job description
The Data Coordinator is responsible for the creation and quality control of data files in pre-clinical efficacy studies and various supplementary appendices for study technical reports. They partner with various scientific staff to ensure accuracy and consistency of the data with adherence to templates and project timelines., * Create Excel files for data collection of pre-clinical research studies
- Quality control of study spreadsheets at various project stages
- Verify findings and review raw data, consulting the appropriate scientist regarding any abnormalities
- Review study protocols and amendments for relevant study information
- Compile graphs, data tables, data packages for clear interpretation of study results
- Work with pathologists to capture, annotate, and assemble photomicrographs of slides
- Maintain study spreadsheet templates
- Maintain cooperative & communicative attitude (coordinating activities, offering to help others when you have down time)
- Interact with clients, other employees, and the community in a professional manner
- Support and participate in company initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Detail-oriented; efficient quality control of data
- A working knowledge and awareness of general laboratory procedures
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to use various software programs
- Ability to work independently
- Good written and oral communication skills, * Bachelor's degree or higher in a biology-related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience in experimental design
- Experience in collecting and graphing scientific data
- Experience in performing statistical analysis preferred
- Equivalent combination of related education and required work experience considered
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior office
- Option for a hybrid schedule
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experience and/or education level.

$24.00 - $28.00 / hr parental leave, paid time off, 401(k) United States, Colorado, Boulder Jul 02, 2026, Salary Range: $24-$28 per hour adjusted according to the level of the role and the candidate's relevant experience and/or education. Salary will be commensurate with experience and responsibilities.
